UK Skiing

It is quite true that the highest and the most intense mountain slopes are to be found in Austria and the Mediterranean. For the serious skiers who want leisure and the slopes without the lift lines, it's time to experience the relaxing resorts of Britain. This season a wonderful holiday can be enjoyed at the many fantastic skiing centers in the UK.

- Glenshee Ski Centre - The Cairnwell Pass

This is set against Scotland's Cairnwell Pass, which is one of the highest mountain summits in the Skiing in UK. It is the largest and oldest resort in Britain and offers privileged access to the 1500 ft. mountain range with over 20 lifts and 36 exciting runs. Glenshee has two black runs for the advanced, as well as freestyle and alpine terrain for skilled snowboarders. The centre also offers the skiing equipment and a place to rest.

- The Nevis Range - Aonach Mor

This is an impressive skiing centre in the UK, and offers a variety of activities during the winter and summer seasons. Its premier peak, the Aonach Mor, is over 2000 ft., having 12 gondola lifts carrying skiers up the mountain and 35 trails along its northern slopes. This is particularly designed for families. You can also find here the trails for hiking and biking, a cafe and restaurant for warm meals etc. It also offers the full-service first aid, quality equipment, and a great shopping centre to provide for all of your holiday needs.
